Order Prescription
Prescription Collection
All repeat prescriptions have to be approved by a doctor, whether requested in-store, on the phone, online, or in-store at our pharmacy at 98 Francis Road, Leyton. Once you have asked for your repeat medication, we will process your request, inform your NHS GP, get your medication ready once we have received a prescription and notify you when available for collection or delivery. Please note that all repeat prescriptions will be issued within a given notice.
If we are not your chosen pharmacy for ordering your repeat medication, please give us a quick call at your next convenient time or discuss with your GP that we will be your chosen pharmacy. We can nominate you first before you can order your medications then we will take care of the rest.
Do not submit a request more than seven days before your current supply runs out, as your prescription might be too early. If in doubt, always feel free to get in touch.
